📍 LOCATION

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Anna Maria Island, the house is ideally located near restaurants, grocery stores, and family-friendly attractions.

The entire area is for the guests to use. The side yard is accessible from the back porch of the house and the front gate of the yard. There is no access to the lake beyond the fence.
